Business Administration (Business Administration / Business Administration)
This area of study is also known as business administration and is a sub-area of economics. Business administration is based on the assumption that goods are fundamentally scarce and therefore require economical handling. In comparison to the more abstract economics, business administration mostly deals with individual companies. The primary goal is the description and explanation as well as the concrete support of the decision-making processes in companies, which are often carried by several people.

Change Management Change management

Communications
Paul Watzlawick already stated: “You cannot not communicate”. The focus of this course is on your own communication skills, which are further developed and optimized in different and often practical teaching units. For some schools, this course is also linked to the additional acquisition of knowledge in media design.
Consulting (management consultancy)
This course teaches a form of advice that aims to solve a task or problem or to approach an efficient solution. This process can be used in hierarchical, therapeutic, educational or sociological conflicts.
Economics
It is viewed as a sub-area of economics and examines relationships that have to do with the production and distribution of goods and factors of production. VWL also deals with human behavior under economic conditions. It questions how human action can be economically justified and which action brings the greatest possible benefit for the individual. VWL is looking for regularities and recommendations for action for economic policy. It also deals with individual economic processes in the context of microeconomics and with macroeconomic processes in the context of macroeconomics.
Entrepreneurship (entrepreneurship)
This deals with the start-up process or the establishment of new organizations. This field also includes creative elements such as the identification of market opportunities, the discovery of new business ideas and their implementation in the form of new business models.
Environmental Sciences Environmental
science can be described as an interdisciplinary field of study and research because it deals specifically with the human environment and the effects of human activities on the environment. By including traditional subjects such as biology, chemistry and physics, which were instrumental in their creation, environmental sciences are part of the natural sciences. Depending on the focus, there are a variety of natural sciences and humanities that are involved in environmental sciences.
