Course of studies

In order to be admitted to an MBA program in Human Resource Management, relevant professional experience in HR (i.e. human resources) is usually required. You should have worked there for at least two years.

Many providers in Germany also require a completed first degree or a minimum number of credit points. With some providers, however, an MBA course can be started without prior study, but then an aptitude test is mandatory. In some cases, certified foreign language skills are also required.


MBA programs are generally not cheap, and MBA programs in the area of ​​personnel management are no exception. Not inconsiderable costs can arise here, which you should inform yourself about beforehand.
